Returns & Exchanges

Lyle & Scott offers a straightforward returns process allowing you to return any unwanted items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
